Requirements
As an E-commerce Product Listing Associate , you will be responsible for managing and uploading products to the online store. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Listing:
- Add and update product information on the e-commerce portal with accuracy in product title, description, price, and images.
- Data Entry:
- Enter product details from spreadsheets, vendor catalogs, and other sources into the system.
- Image Management:
- Upload product images meeting platform requirements and ensuring correct display.
- Product Categorization:
- Organize products into appropriate categories for an enhanced customer shopping experience.
- Product Description Writing:
- Write clear, compelling, and informative product descriptions highlighting key features and benefits.
- Quality Check:
- Perform quality control on product listings to eliminate errors in data entry, product images, or pricing.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with inventory and marketing teams to maintain updated product data and align with promotions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to Detail:
- High accuracy and attention to detail in inputting product data.
- Good Communication:
- Ability to write clear product descriptions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Time Management:
- Independently manage time to meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous Experience:
- Experience in e-commerce or product listing is advantageous.
- Internet Access:
- Stable internet connection and a computer or laptop are required.
