List of Excluded Products

“Excluded Products” are items that cannot be listed on the mezonH Site. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Alcohol

• Animals and animal-based products

• Products disallowed under Amazon policies

• Automotive and power sports products

• Banned books, pamphlets, booklets, periodicals, and films

• Cosmetics and skin or hair care products

• Currency, coins, and cash equivalents

• Cylinders and cylinder LPG transfer nozzles, gas refill adapters with movable rods, gas refill nozzles, and LPG cylinder gas re-filler adapter nozzles

• Car seat belt alarm stoppers

• Devices such as jammers, mobile/cell signal boosters, extenders, repeaters, amplifiers, Wi-Fi long-range signal boosters, jammers, and wireless walkie-talkies

• Distorted maps of India

• Drugs and drug paraphernalia

• Electronics

• Embargoed or sanctioned goods

• Nutrient-Based Subsidy (NBS) fertilizers

• Fireworks and other pyrotechnic items

• Glue traps

• Hazardous and dangerous goods

• Human body parts and burial artifacts

• Identification cards

• Jewelry and precious stones

• Night vision equipment

• Padded Crib Bumpers (PCBs) and related accessories, such as vertical crib slat or top rail covers

• Plastic and thermocol products

• Postage meters and postage stamps

• Products for pre-natal sex determination

• Poisons, acids, and any compound or mixture containing acids

• Products restricted in certain regions of India

• Products featuring a pictorial representation or close imitation of the Indian National Flag

• Offensive items

• Products displaying the State Emblem or a close imitation of it

• Products showing the name or image of prominent Indian personalities

• Plants

• Recalled products

• Sex and sensuality items

• Stolen goods and lock-picking devices

• Tobacco and tobacco-related items

• Weapons

Additionally, any product marked “not for distribution within India,” items that cannot legally be shipped or sold in India, or products intended for creating illegal goods or conducting illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Restricted Products

Restricted Products may be listed and sold on the mezonH Site only after meeting specific compliance requirements. Examples include:

• Homeopathic items

• Medical devices and related accessories

• Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines

• Fertilisers

• Insecticides

These lists are not exhaustive and serve only as informational examples. Any external links provided are also for reference only, and mezonH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of the information available through such links.

Consequences for Violations

If you list products that breach mezonH policies or violate applicable laws and regulations, mezonH may take actions such as:

• Cancelling your listing

• Imposing limits on your listing privileges

• Suspending your listing privileges

• Revoking your listing privileges

• Terminating your agreement or any related arrangement with mezonH

• Reporting the issue to relevant governmental, legal, or regulatory authorities

mezonH retains sole discretion to determine whether a product listing complies with its policies and whether a violation has occurred.
